Uncommon Kind is a consultancy specialising in the purpose space. They help businesses and brands to internally align with best practice for impact and purpose, while also aligning them with the right social enterprises, NGOs, innovators and social entrepreneurs to support.

Helping UNK re-launch, I oversaw a new brand identity - establishing guidelines, setting a TOV and rolling it through a new website structure. This also involved crafting copy for press releases, social posts and other messaging.

Alongside this work, I also managed a creative team to produce a series of videos. First, an explainer on who Uncommon Kind were and what they did, and secondly, a series of pitch videos showcasing social entrepreneurs and initiatives that need funding or brand support.

With a brand re-launch imminent, but the website development still some time away, the first port of call was to get a short video together that explained what UNK were about and how they could help potential clients.

I wrangled together a creative a team, designer, animator and editor (plus threw my on VO in there as well) and got this explainer video done with speed and efficiency, plus a cute little result at the end of it!
